About us
W2W Resource Solutions Limited was established in 2009 specifically to work alongside the Welfare- to-Work Sector in terms of providing recruitment and selection solutions to our clients within the industry. Our sister company, Jobfinders, was established in 1995 and continues to work alongside a variety of clients offering HR and recruitment solutions within the commercial sector.
The Managing Director, Debbie Lock, is a qualified HR and Training Manager and has 5 years generalist HR experience along with 20 years experience of the recruitment industry.
There are a great many providers in the UK that deliver programmes on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions to a variety of client groups for access to jobs and training. We proudly work alongside these organisations to provide them with staff that are passionate about their roles and just as importantly, have the skills and experience to make a significant contribution to this sector.
